TITLE

Are your kids interested in running. The Tempo Youth Running program is a games based approach to endurance running training, and caters for kids between the ages of 8-14. This program will be run in terms, and will focus on developing running specific fitness for children, assisting them to prepare for their relevant school Cross Country and Athletics events. 

 

Our aim is to support your childs social and emotional development through team based games and running development, concentrating on team work, and always encouraging the most important element for Primary School aged kids, FUN!
